Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and at heights.
• Willing to adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of mining-related experience preferred.
• MSHA knowledge preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Annual safety training (First Aid, CPR) required.
• Lock-out/tag-out procedures knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment by performing regular preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist with mill set up, screen changes, and clean up as needed.
• Perform material density tests throughout shift.
• Keep work area clean throughout the shift.
• Monitor reclaim hopper and conveyor.
• Operate dump truck when needed.
• Report any problems to immediate supervisor; additional duties as assigned.
