Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Previous related experience in construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment used in road, site or highway construction and paving.
• Follow Foreman instructions and daily project expectations.
• Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment and document inspections.
• Assist in training less-experienced employees and perform general labor duties as needed.
• Work in a team environment and adhere to safety policies including PPE usage.
