Job summary

C.W. Roberts Contracting, Inc. (CWR) in Florida is seeking a Loader Operator for local operations. You will operate the loader safely to move earth and materials in accordance with project needs and safety guidelines.

Requirements include 2+ years of loader experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Florida driver's license with ability to meet MVR requirements. You must be able to work days, nights, or weekends and pass drug testing and background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of loader operation experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to work days, nights, or weekends.
• Valid Florida driver\'s license and ability to meet MVR requirements.
• Drug testing and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader safely and efficiently to move earth and materials.
• Excavate, load trucks and bins, grade, fill, back-fill, and move debris.
• Make grade cuts avoiding utilities as directed.
• Inspect equipment daily and check fluids before starting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
