Job summary

CRH is seeking a skilled technician to operate heavy equipment and perform sampling of Redi-Mix concrete materials, reporting results accurately and maintaining safety procedures.

Responsibilities include daily plant setup, equipment maintenance, safe handling of materials, data entry of test results, and compliance with MSHA & OSHA guidelines; requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED as minimum
• 1–2 years related experience preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Operate front end loader, skidsteer and other equipment as needed
• Safely collect samples for testing and perform sampling, testing and reporting per protocol
• Maintain daily test records, prepare reports, and report non-compliant tests to supervisor
• Keep lab and plant areas clean and organized; follow MSHA & OSHA regulations
