Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is hiring a Loader Operator in Salisbury, NC to manage ash storage, feed the external heat exchanger (EHE), and operate rolling equipment safely.

You’ll perform daily checks, inspections, and basic maintenance, assist STAR Operators and maintenance staff, keep the ash area clean, and contribute to safety and quality standards. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage, HSA/HRA, 401(k) with company match, paid leave, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage ash storage shed inventory and maintain feed supply to the external heat exchanger (EHE).
• Perform checks on the EHE equipment and the EHE ash storage area.
• Perform daily inspections and routine operator maintenance on rolling equipment.
• Assist STAR Operators and Maintenance personnel, as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of ash storage area and related equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
