Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Loader Operator to support our ash handling and EHE operations. You will manage ash storage shed inventory, feed the external heat exchanger, and perform regular equipment inspections while collaborating with STAR Operators and maintenance staff.

This role requires strong mechanical skills, safe operation of heavy machinery, and a team-focused approach to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage ash storage shed inventory and feed to the external heat exchanger (EHE).
• Perform checks on EHE equipment and ash storage area.
• Perform daily inspections and routine operator maintenance on rolling equipment.
• Assist STAR Operators and Maintenance personnel, as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of ash storage area and related equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
