Job summary

RB Global is seeking a Loader Operator I to operate heavy equipment and trucks, and help set up equipment in the yard for auctions. You will assist customers during auctions and support safety initiatives.

The role requires good English communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. A strong safety mindset and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy machinery.
• MUST be able to relate well with customers and team members.
• Strong safety track record and safety leadership.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willingness to learn new programs and systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of heavy equipment and trucks.
• Set up equipment in the yard for auctions.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and answer questions.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety and incident prevention.
• Learn and assist with vehicle check-in tasks.
• Assist Yard Staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
