Job summary

RB Global is seeking a Loader Operator I to manage heavy equipment and trucks used in Auction yards. You will assist in setting up equipment for auctions, help customers load purchases, and emphasize safety across the team.

The role requires experience with heavy machinery, good English communication, and teamwork while also allowing independent work when needed. A strong safety mindset and multitasking ability are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy machinery.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong safety record and ability to promote safety.
• Able to work well in a team and also self-start.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of heavy equipment and trucks.
• Set up equipment in the yard for auctions.
• Help customers load their equipment purchases and answer questions.
• Support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: send everyone home safely.
• Learn and assist with vehicle check-in tasks as needed.
• Support Yard Staff responsibilities as needed.
