Job Description

The Loader Operator I is responsible for operating heavy equipment and trucks, setting up equipment for auctions, and assisting customers during and after auctions.

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of heavy equipment and trucks
• Assist in setting up equipment in the yard for auctions
• Help customers load their equipment purchases and answer their questions related to the yard
• Support RB’s Unreserved Commitment to Safety by taking personal responsibility for safety
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy machinery
• Ability to operate a large forklift (36,000 lbs) is an asset
• Good spoken and written English
• Good computer skills and quick learner of new programs
• Proven safety record and ability to promote safety among others
• Ability to relate well with customers and team members
• Team player who can also work independently
• Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• High attention to detail
