- Must complete site-specific and loader task training.

- Ensure that bins are kept full and correct material in each to achieve maximum production at the plant.
- Stockpile material that is brought in by trucks.
- When the Plant is down you will be required to help get the plant repaired and back up and running, Any and All tasks involved (shoveling, belt repairs, screen changes, etc.)
- Team member – As a member of your team, the success of this operation is very dependent on your willingness and desire to be a team player. Seek for opportunities to make your co-workers successful. They will also be seeking for opportunities to make you successful.
- Ability to Feed the plant at 400 tph and stockpile materials.
- Training Required
- Site Specific Training, including site inspection training
- Loader Task Training
- Daily Duties
- Daily Equipment Inspection
- Any safety or mechanical issues to be reported to supervisor immediately.
- Equipment inspection log to be turned in daily.
- Do not run equipment without performing the inspection.
- Fueling of Equipment
- Equipment is to be fueled at the end of each shift.
- Operation of equipment
- Equipment is to be operated in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operator shall always maintain control of the equipment.
- Operator shall not idle equipment when not in use. Turn it off.
- Cab shall be kept clean and maintained.
- Site observations
- The loader operator’s role is key to the success of the operations. Some items the loader operator should be aware of are:
- Maintaining high quality feed material.
- Watch for any potential site or plant problems that are within your view.
- Be alert to site hazards involved with feeding from the load face of material.
- Productivity
- Seeks to feed material that will provide the most consistent, highest quality end products, under the direction of the leadman and pit supervisor.
- Seeks to feed the plant at its maximum potential.
- Safety
- Adhere to training received.
- Company Safety Standards
- You see it, you own it – if you see a problem, you are to take the initiative to fix the problem.
