Job summary

Shirley Contracting Company, LLC is seeking a hands-on equipment operator to run rubber tire or track loaders at various jobsites. You will perform routine maintenance, keep equipment clean, and ensure safety standards are followed on site.

Qualifications

• Experience running heavy equipment; onsite try-out will be conducted.
• GPS/UTS experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber tire or track loader.
• Perform maintenance including greasing, checking fluids and cleaning of tracks.
• Daily cleaning of equipment.
• Report deficiencies to foreman immediately.
• Willing to perform manual labor to support projects.
• Uphold the company's health and safety culture, policies and requirements.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
