Responsibilities

• Operate loaders and other equipment.
• Move, sort, stage, and organize vehicles, parts, materials, and scrap.
• Perform yard cleanup and housekeeping, maintaining safe, clear work areas.
• Assist other yard and production employees with physical tasks.
• Enter and exit equipment frequently to complete ground-level duties.
• Follow safety procedures around vehicles, heavy equipment, and active production areas.
• Other general labor and yard duties as assigned.

Position Summary:
The Loader Operator is responsible for safely operating loaders and other assigned equipment to support daily yard and production operations. This is not an equipment-only position. The Loader Operator will also perform ground-level, hands-on work throughout the shift, including material handling, yard organization, cleanup, vehicle and parts movement, and assisting other operational areas as needed.

Job Snapshot:
