Job summary
Asgard Resources is seeking a Wash Plant Operator for our Bainville, MT frac sand facility. You will operate and monitor wash plant equipment, assist with maintenance, and help keep production running safely in an outdoor industrial environment.
This hands-on role involves conveyors, pumps, screens, and other equipment; training on plant systems will be provided. Expect 12-hour shifts, 5–6 days/week with overtime opportunities.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills.
- Experience in industrial/mining/oilfield/manufacturing environments preferred.
- Experience operating loaders, skid steers or other heavy equipment is a plus.
- Lift 50+ lbs., climb stairs/ladders, and work on elevated platforms.
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Long shifts, weekends and overtime as needed.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate frac sand wash plant equipment.
- Monitor conveyors, pumps, screens and other plant equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Assist with plant maintenance and general cleanup.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment or production issues.
- Record production and maintenance information.
- Work with loader operators and supervisors to support plant production.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
