Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Loader Operator to safely operate heavy equipment, meet production goals, and maintain inspections and records. Daytime schedule, overtime possible, weekends may be required based on production.

You will perform pre-shift inspections, follow safety rules, maintain maintenance logs, and support site operations. Requires 2 years Loader Operator experience, preferably with CAT 980/988, good communication, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• 2 years Loader Operator experience.
• Preferably with Caterpillar 980 and 988.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance.
• Positive, Team-based attitude.
• Ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty)

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-shift inspections and maintain equipment repair/maintenance records.
• Operate heavy construction equipment to meet production goals.
• Maintain safety compliance and participate in safety audits.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong communications with plant staff and operators.
• Some local travel may be required to assist at different sites.
