Job summary

Arcosa Inc. is seeking a Loader Operator to safely operate heavy equipment and meet production goals at our Fillmore plant. You will perform pre-shift inspections, maintain repair records, and support team communication on site.

The role requires at least 2 years of loader experience, preferably with Caterpillar 980 or 988, and a strong commitment to safety. This hourly, full-time position offers union benefits and daytime shifts with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years loader operator experience
• Experience with Caterpillar 980/988 preferred
• Ability to operate safely in outdoor industrial environments
• Demonstrates punctual, reliable attendance and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy construction equipment to meet production goals
• Perform pre-shift inspections and maintain repair/maintenance records
• Maintain safe and clean work area and follow safety regulations
• Assist with safety audits and promote safety awareness
• Communicate effectively with plant staff and other operators
• Perform other duties as assigned
