Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Loader operator to move bulk materials with a front-end loader in a plant environment. You will operate equipment, load materials, and ensure safe, accurate handling according to procedures.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, quality checks, and maintaining housekeeping while adhering to safety policies. Night and weekend shifts may be required; travel not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; safety training preferred.
• Minimum six months operating machinery experience.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Must be reliable with good attendance and conduct.
• Willing to travel and work nights/weekends when required.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader equipment per O&M manual.
• Check incoming/outgoing material quality and conformity.
• Move materials safely to storage areas and lines.
• Load material onto lines and trailers safely.
• Maintain neat and safe material stacks and housekeeping.
• Perform daily inspections and check oil/fluids.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
