Job summary

Pratt Industries seeks an experienced loader operator to operate rubber-tired loaders, feeding conveyors and loading trucks. The role requires adherence to O&M procedures, safety standards, and daily equipment checks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least six months of experience with machinery, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask while maintaining safety. Night and weekend shifts may be required, with opportunities for growth in a safety-conscious team.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader equipment per O&M manual.
• Check material for quality and conformity.
• Move materials to storage areas safely.
• Load materials onto lines and trailers safely.
• Keep materials stacked neatly and safely.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Follow Employee Handbook and safety policies.
