Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking a loader operator to operate rubber-tired front-end loaders, feed conveyors, and move bulk materials across loading areas. You will perform routine maintenance, operate controls, and ensure safe handling of materials according to the O&M manual.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of machinery experience, and a strong safety mindset. Availability for night shifts and travel may be necessary; drug screening and background

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience operating machinery.
• Safety-conscious with professional conduct.
• Willing to travel and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment per O&M manual.

• Transport materials to designated storage safely.
• Load materials onto lines and trailers safely.
