Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Safety procedures and PPE compliance essential.
• Must be 18+ with valid I-9 documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with co-workers and managers in a dynamic team setting.
• Champion a safe work environment, following OSHA/MSHA policies.
• Conduct inspections, sampling, and testing of aggregates and asphalt.
• Test mixtures for contract specs and quality control tolerances.
• Monitor daily processes to exceed agency and customer requirements.
• Record and maintain data in the test results database.
• Assist internal and external customers professionally.
• Achieve necessary certifications to stay current.
• Support quality control plans and keep work areas clean.
