Job description

• Site preparation:
  Grading and leveling ground as needed to facilitate loading operations.

• Maintaining equipment:
  Performing routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs on the loader.

• Safety compliance:
  Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures while operating the loader, including proper signaling and awareness of surroundings.

• Following work instructions:
  Completing tasks according to project specifications and directions from supervisors.

• Skillfully maneuvering the loader to scoop, lift, and transport materials to designated areas.
• Loading and unloading trucks:
  Precisely loading materials onto trucks and other vehicles, ensuring proper weight distribution.

Required skills and abilities:

• Heavy equipment operation experience:Prior experience operating a wheel loader or similar heavy machinery.

• Mechanical aptitude:Basic understanding of machine mechanics to identify and report maintenance issues.

• Hand-eye coordination:Precise control of the loader to accurately load and place materials.

• Spatial awareness:Ability to navigate the loader within confined spaces and assess work areas.
