Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating heavy wheel loaders, track loaders, or heavy earthmoving equipment.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Hands-on CAT equipment experience (CAT 930 and CAT 963 preferred).
• Strong jobsite safety awareness and reliable communication.

Responsibilities

• Dual-Machine Operation: operate CAT 930 wheel loaders and CAT 963 track loaders.
• Material & stockpile management: load haul trucks and manage stockpiles.
• Site preparation: assist with backfilling and rough grading.
• Daily inspections: pre-trip/post-trip checks and routine maintenance reporting.
• Crew safety & communication: coordinate with leads and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
