Job summary

CEMEX US in Montgomery, Alabama is seeking a Loader Operator to operate heavy equipment safely, perform routine maintenance, and ensure raw materials meet quality standards. You will support loading activities and participate in equipment upkeep.

Work with plant teams to feed conveyors, load trucks, and comply with safety regulations and company policies. This role requires attentiveness to hazards and adherence to site procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader to lift and transport bulk materials to storage areas, conveyors, hoppers, and to load trucks or railcars.
• Start engine, shift gears, and steer to operate loader.
• Move levers to lower/tilt bucket and load material.
• Dump material and drive to work site as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication, fueling and cleaning.
• Ensure material quality and quantity meet standards.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies.
