Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Loader Operator at our Colorado facility to move bulk materials and support plant operations. You will operate a front-end loader, perform pre-shift inspections, and assist with housekeeping and light maintenance.

Strong safety practices and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required. Join a team that values safety, reliability, and clear communication with supervisors and customers.

Qualifications

• 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
• Prior work around heavy equipment, construction, or paving.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge.
• Proven safety record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school / GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader to move bulk materials and load/unload.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance.
• Maintain communications with supervisors and customers.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Support plant feeder operations as needed.
• Follow health, safety and environmental policies.
