C.W. Roberts Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Loader Operator for our local asphalt plant operations in Florida.

The role involves loading and moving materials, ensuring safe loader operation, and assisting with grade work as directed. We offer competitive salaries and fringe benefits. The candidate must have 2+ years of loader experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a Florida driver’s license with a clean MVR, and must be willing to work days, nights, or weekends with pre-employment drug

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ loader operation experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to work days, nights, or weekends as needed.
• Must meet Florida MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver’s license.
• Drug testing and background checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the loader safely and efficiently to move earth and materials.
• Excavate, load trucks and bins, grade, fill, and back-fill as directed.
• Make grade cuts around utilities without causing damage.
• Inspect equipment daily and check fluids before starting.
• Other duties as assigned.
