WW Clyde in Arizona is seeking a Traveling Loader Operator to support heavy civil projects. You will operate loaders safely around crew and utilities, read project plans, and perform routine maintenance while traveling to sites.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years loader experience, strong safety focus, and the ability to work in heat and variable conditions. MSHA training is a plus; relocation and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a loader on heavy civil sites.
• Strong safety awareness and maintenance knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to safely operate loader in the presence of field crew members and utilities, ensuring the safety of persons, equipment, property and utilities in the area.
• Read and understand plans, instructions, and specifications to determine the work needed to get the job done.
• Grease, oil, and perform minor maintenance on loader as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 3 year of experience running a loader
• Strong working knowledge regarding the operation, safety, and maintenance of loader.
• MSHA training a plus.
• Crusher experience a plus.
• Ability to bend, sit for long periods, and work in the heat.
• Attention and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb, crouch, and work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment or driving long distances.
