CWM is seeking a skilled Loader Operator to operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, front-end loaders, and other machinery to move, load, and handle materials within the asphalt plant area. The operator will assist the Plant Foreman with materials handling and equipment operations.

Responsibilities include pre-operational checks, routine maintenance, coordination with the Plant Foreman, and strict adherence to safety regulations while working outdoors in varying weather

• Work in outdoor environments and be willing to perform tasks under varying weather conditions.
• Sit for prolonged periods while operating heavy machinery and be physically able to climb, bend, stoop, and squat frequently.

CWM is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Loader Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Loader Operator is to operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, front-end loaders, and other machinery to move, load, and handle materials within the asphalt plant area. • Ability to keep accurate records related to equipment operation and safety inspections.
• Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours, nights, and weekends when required.
