Job summary

Sibelco in St. Louis is seeking a Loader Operator to join our materials handling team. You will safely operate loader equipment, perform basic maintenance, and support on-site safety standards.

You will complete required training, report hazards, load trucks and move materials, and track counts. We welcome diverse backgrounds and are committed to a safe, collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loader and other heavy machinery.
• Complete required training including safety standards.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and report unsafe conditions.
• Load trucks and move materials, tracking counts.
• Identify and report cross-contamination risks and hazards.
• Report incidents, accidents, and near misses to supervisor.

Job Description:

Your Impact in This Role

As a Loader Operator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Complete required training, including safety standards and equipment operation.
• Safely operate and maintain loader and other heavy machinery (e.g., forklift, skid steer, pallet jacks).
• Perform pre-shift inspections and preventative maintenance; report any unsafe conditions.
• Load trucks, hoppers, and move materials to designated areas; track material counts.
• Identify and report cross-contamination risks and environmental hazards.
• Report all incidents, accidents, and near misses to the shift supervisor.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• The ability to complete additional on-site training will be required before these vehicles can be used at a facility
