Loader Operator

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Perform on-site heavy equipment operations which involves positioning and moving front loaders, haul trucks, and skid loaders
• Loading, extracting, and transporting materials including molten steel
• Handling components, modules, and systems of heavy equipment
• Converting heavy equipment with various mobile accessories
• Observing relevant safety, accident prevention, and environmental regulations
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to the supervisor
• Maintain and protect all property
• Maintain all required certifications required by OSHA and company safety programs
• Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations
• Responsible for safe operation of heavy, earth moving mobile equipment.
• Capable of performing equipment inspection, greasing, cleaning & documentation.
• Willing to work rotating 12/hour schedules, weekends including overtime.
