Job summary

Phoenix Services, LLC is seeking a Loader Operator to perform on-site heavy equipment operations, including positioning and moving front loaders, haul trucks, and skid loaders. Responsibilities include loading and transporting materials and conducting routine inspections in a safety-first environment.

Candidates should be able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, weekends, and overtime as required, with a commitment to maintaining equipment and safety standards across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment on-site.
• Ability to load, extract and transport materials with loaders and trucks.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety programs and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site heavy equipment operations (front loaders, haul trucks, skid loaders).
• Load, extract, and transport materials including molten steel where applicable.
• Handle components and systems of heavy equipment and perform routine inspections.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Perform on-site heavy equipment operations which involves positioning and moving front loaders, haul trucks, and skid loaders

Loading, extracting, and transporting materials including molten steel

Handling components, modules, and systems of heavy equipment

Converting heavy equipment with various mobile accessories

Observing relevant safety, accident prevention, and environmental regulations

Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to the supervisor

Maintain and protect all property

Maintain all required certifications required by OSHA and company safety programs

Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations

Responsible for safe operation of heavy, earth moving mobile equipment.

Capable of performing equipment inspection, greasing, cleaning & documentation.

Willing to work rotating 12/hour schedules, weekends including overtime.
