Job Summary

This role involves operating front-end loaders while adhering to safety policies to produce a high-quality product. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate loaders to stock raw materials on the production line.
2. Follow safety procedures and workplace policies.
3. Load materials into the aggregate silo.
4. Perform sampling and quality control of raw materials.
5. Ensure proper rotation and placement of finished goods.
6. Label and package products for inventory.
7. Verify packaged quantities and quality standards.
8. Complete daily paperwork, including inspection reports.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. At least 3 years of front-end loader experience.
3. Ability to interpret loading slips, safety rules, and operation manuals.
4. Ability to work extended shifts if required.
5. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
6. Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
7. Reliable transportation.
