The Loader Operator will be responsible for moving and loading vehicles using a company-provided front-end loader or forklift. Key responsibilities include maintaining documentation of vehicle movements, conducting daily pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensuring a safe work environment by following company safety guidelines. The operator will facilitate the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring equipment maintenance, and accurately recording vehicle information. Additional duties include setting up the yard for auctions, providing customer service, and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Required Skills & Experience

• HS diploma or GED preferred
• At least two years of outdoor work experience
• One year of loader or forklift experience; certification preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and attitude
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Positive attitude and high integrity
• Ability to operate heavy equipment
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Occasional overtime as needed
• Bilingual skills are a plus
