About The Team

Job Description
The Loader Operator I is responsible for operating heavy equipment and trucks, setting up equipment for auctions in yards, and assisting customers during and after auctions.

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of heavy equipment and trucks
• Assist in setting up equipment in the yard for auctions
• Help customers load equipment purchases and answer yard-related questions
• Support RB's safety commitment by taking personal responsibility for safety
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy machinery
• Ability to operate a large 36,000 lbs forklift (asset)
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Good computer skills and quick learner
• Track record of working safely and promoting safety among others
• Ability to relate well with customers and team members
• Team-oriented with self-starting capability
• Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• High attention to detail
