Job Title: Loader Operator at Copart

Job Responsibilities:

1. Operate a front-end loader or forklift to move and load vehicles.
2. Maintain documentation of vehicle movement around the facility.
3. Conduct daily pre and post-trip inspections and document them.
4. Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
5. Facilitate the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer needs.
6. Ensure equipment maintenance according to standards and assist with vehicle and equipment maintenance.
7. Accurately record vehicle information and operate documentation devices.
8. Set up the yard for auctions within specified timelines.
9. Provide customer service as needed and maintain a professional demeanor.
10. Follow yard safety guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least two years of work experience, preferably outdoors.
• One year of loader or forklift experience; certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility for occasional overtime.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
