About The Team
We conduct hundreds of live auctions annually worldwide. Our team includes equipment inspectors, yard managers, operators, administrative staff, and customer service representatives, all working together to ensure successful multi-million dollar auctions.

Job Description
The Loader Operator I is responsible for operating heavy equipment and trucks, setting up equipment for auctions in yards, and assisting customers during and after auctions.

Responsibilities

1. Operate all types of heavy equipment and trucks.
2. Assist in setting up equipment in the yard for auctions.
3. Help customers load their equipment purchases and answer their questions related to the yard.
4. Support RB’s Commitment to Safety by taking personal responsibility for safety of yourself, team, co-workers, and customers.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Experience operating heavy machinery.
2. Ability to operate a large 36,000 lbs forklift is an asset.
3. Good spoken and written English skills are required.
4. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly.
5. Proven track record of working safely and promoting safety among others.
6. Ability to relate well with customers and team members.
7. Team-oriented with willingness to assist where needed, but also capable of self-starting.
8. Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. High attention to detail.
