Job summary

Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or GED and 3 years of loader experience, with the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work extended shifts as needed. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of front-end loader experience.
• Ability to read and interpret loading slips, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Able to work extended shifts when required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders to keep production line stocked with raw materials.
• Adhere to safety procedures and workplace policies.
• Load materials into the aggregate silo.
• Perform sampling and quality control of raw materials.
• Ensure proper rotation and placement of finished goods.
• Properly label product and package product for inventory.
• Ensure packaged quantities are correct and quality is up to standards.
• Complete daily paperwork including inspection reports for equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

This role will operate front-end loaders as directed while adhering to all rules and regulations mandated by safety policies and procedures to produce a superior product.
