Job summary

TMS International is seeking a CAT Loader Operator for Flowood, Mississippi. The role requires operating a front-end loader, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring safety on 12-hour rotating shifts.

This in-person position offers opportunities across day and night cycles with weekend coverage as needed. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of loader experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accurate records and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• 2 years experience operating a front-end loader.
• Ability to work independently.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CAT 988 or larger loader safely and efficiently.
• Perform regular maintenance on equipment before and after use.
• Ensure equipment is safe and ready for daily operations.
• Communicate any unsafe findings or equipment damage immediately.
• Maintain reliable attendance and shift coverage.
• Assist with feeding processing plant as needed.

Job Description

TMS International is currently looking for a CAT Loader Operator who can work various shifts. The successful candidate will have a commitment to safety and customer service with the ability to perform the essential functions of the job. This is a fabulous opportunity for a dependable, hardworking operator to apply their skills.

We are looking for a front-end loader to join our team in Flowood, Mississippi. This position will work 12 hour shifts rotating days and nights.

Responsibilities

• Reliable attendance required
• Experience in operating a CAT 988 or larger loader
• Ability to dig hot pits and feed processing plant
• Conduct regular maintenance on equipment before and after use
• Ensure equipment is safe and prepared for daily use
• Communicate any unsafe findings or equipment damage immediately to appropriate person

Qualifications

• 2 years experience operating a front-end loader
• Ability to work independently
• Maintain accurate and organized records as required
• Excellent reading and writing skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Valid Driver's License

Schedule

• 12 hour shift
