Lhoist North America is seeking a Loader Operator to safely load haul trucks, follow quality guidelines, and keep the load-out areas clean in a mining environment.

This position is responsible for the loading of haul trucks in a safe, efficient, and acceptable manner while following all company quality guidelines and work procedures. The position is also responsible for the safety, upkeep, and cleanliness of the load out areas.
Loader Operator LP09.500 Preventative Maintenance Must be able to multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency to meet the customer needs. Must be able to work well within a team environment and take instructions from management and co-workers. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently. Must possess the basic reading and math skills. Must have good written and verbal communicate skills. Must possess strong record of attendance reliability. Must be safety oriented with the ability to work well within a team environment. Must be capable of performing the essential job duties required of this job. Must have industrial background with good troubleshooting skills. Knowledgeable of current environmental regulations and practices as they relate to the industry. Must be able to work shift work, seven days a week including holidays and be flexible to schedule changes, including overtime. Effectively communicate and interact with supervisors, managers, and peers.
High School Diploma, GED Equivalent, or demonstrated skills or ability.
Technical training or AA degree in technical related field is desired. Valid CDL Class A or Class B license is desired.
A minimum of one year of previous heavy manufacturing and/or mining experience is highly preferred. Previous heavy equipment experience is desired.
2 – 4 years of experience.
