Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a Loader for our Baldwin, WI location. This 1st shift position on-site from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, involves loading shipments, organizing inventory, operating forklifts, and ensuring compliance with freight and safety regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to safely operate equipment, and teamwork to support multiple departments. Hydrated with a gainsharing plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience, generally through high school diploma or equivalent and related experience.
• Safely operate equipment.
• Acquire knowledge of department processes and parts.
• Knowledge of freight regulations and requirements.
• Understand customer orders and shipping requirements.
• Perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interact constructively with plant employees.
• Ability to work in a team toward a common goal.
• React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Load shipments on to trucks in accordance with freight regulations and requirements.
• Maintain and organize product and storage lot.
• Inventory lumber, skids and crates.
• Operate Diesel Load Lifter and Forklifts.
• Fulfill staging requirements of departments supported by position.
• Provide backup to warehouse and assembly as needed.
• Complies with safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
• Use designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
