Donaldson Company is seeking a Loader for our Baldwin, WI location. This 1st shift position on-site from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, involves loading shipments, organizing inventory, operating forklifts, and ensuring compliance with freight and safety regulations.

The Loader at our Baldwin, WI location is responsible for identifying, gathering, packing and planning shipments. This is a 1st shift onsite role, with hours Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Hourly Pay Range: $22.85
This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.
This position is eligible for a gainsharing plan based on the achievement of specific goals.
