Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Valdosta, GA to receive, store, and distribute products efficiently. You will operate forklifts, conduct cycle counts, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in daily warehouse operations.

The role requires basic math, reliable attendance, and the ability to work overtime. You will join a production environment that emphasizes quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement within a leading packaging company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Including, but not limited to, the following. Others may be assigned.

• Receive and distribute product accurately.
• Load and unload materials to/from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.
• Safely operate and inspect power industrial trucks.
• Perform warehouse cleaning and consolidating
• Move pack-out.
• Load/ unload trucks.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Accepts responsibility to comply with all safety, quality, customer, ISO, SQF and any other regulatory requirements. And has the authority to report concerns that could impact these requirements or suggest areas for improvement. • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have excellent attendance.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must have forklift experience/certification.
• Must be available to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work independently with some supervision.
• Must have full understanding of Work-In-Process.
• Capable of physical mobility including walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling and lifting/moving objects (up to 35 pounds periodically).
• Able to work in a production environment, recognizing various sounds and alarms.
