Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring for loader roles at multiple NC locations. The ideal candidate assists customers, supports checkout and fulfillment, and helps prepare customer and contractor orders with care and accuracy.

You will operate power equipment safely, maintain stock levels, and support large order fulfillment while keeping work areas organized and safe. Prior retail experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use store equipment safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
