Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones, tablets) for store tasks.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Assist with large order fulfillment and ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Keep carts collected and maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns.
