Job summary

Lowe's is hiring for a Loader role focused on customer service, merchandise loading, and order fulfillment in our Austin area store. You will assist customers, stock shelves, and support Pro and Garden Center areas as needed, while following Lowe’s safety policies and using store equipment properly.

Ideal candidates have basic computer skills, experience with retail tech like smartphones/tablets, and an ability to obtain required sales licenses.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by restocking and replenishing merchandise.
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
• Operate store equipment as needed for loading and order completion.
