Job summary

Custom Assembly, Inc. in Tanner, AL is seeking a Loader for the 2nd shift. You will safely operate forklift equipment, move materials, and load and unload trailers, contributing to efficient warehousing and distribution for our RV-focused operations.

You will read and execute the load plan, stage units for counting and inspection, secure units with straps, and prepare accurate receiving reports. The company offers PTO, paid holidays, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse experience
• Forklift driving certification/experience

Job Description

• Ability to safely operate forklift equipment and manually to move materials to and from storage, and load and unload trailers.
• Read and Execute the Load Plan.
• Stage units and materials for counting and inspection; ensures shipping reports accurately report units and material shipped.
• Secure units with strapping to prevent unit damage or shifting in transit.
• Accurately complete receiving reports for units and material received.
