Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a forklift operator at our Lee, FL facility. The role involves safely operating a forklift, loading/unloading, and ensuring product quality for customers. Training on all warehouse functions including Dock Coordinator and Yard Driver is provided. Working holidays and weekends is required for a 24/7 operation.

Shift differential of 6%–8% of base hourly rate applies to eligible hours. Schedule features 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating cycle, with day and night options.

Overview

Factory Location: Lee, FL
Compensation: $22

Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule:12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule; Day and Night shifts available

Responsibilities

• Safely operates forklift


• Ensure quality product is sent to customers

• Inspects full goods as produced and pallets or other raw materials as loaded and unloaded.

• Be willing to be trained in all warehouse functions this includes Dock Coordinator and Yard Driver (do not need to currently have any skill sets but be willing to TRAIN)

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license


• Forklift experience with a solid safety record, ideally in a fast-paced forklift environment


• Prior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs


• Demonstrated sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast-paced forklift environment


• Ability to work independently or with a team with solid communication skills


• Solid problem solving and decision-making skills


• Willingness to work holidays and weekends as we are a 24/7 business operating through most weekends and holidays. Shifts will be assigned after hire and maybe dayshift or nightshift.


• Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts and work on days off if necessary.


• Willingness and ability to work in a warehouse with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hold & cold)


• Excel/Windows experience, need ability but can be trained on SAP programs.


• Basic computer navigation skills or show ability and desire to be trained in this skill.
