About The Role

Our Front Royal DC is hiring safety-focused Loaders to support outbound shipping. This is a hands‑on role with monthly bonus potential and real room to grow.

Pay & Incentives

• $23.50/hr base pay
• Plus $2–$5/hr monthly bonus
• Strong earning potential for consistent performers

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:30 AM
• Weekends off!
• Overtime as needed

Pay Range

$15.00 - $26.17

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
