Job summary

Ferguson Front Royal Distribution Center is hiring safety-focused Loaders to support outbound shipping. This hands-on role offers monthly bonus potential and real room to grow, with a base pay of $23.50/hr.

Work Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:30 AM, with weekends off and overtime as needed. You will load trucks, verify product quality, and maximize trailer space while adhering to safety standards.

$23.50/hr base pay Plus $2–$5/hr monthly bonus Strong earning potential for consistent performers

Pay Range

• $15.00 - $26.17
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
