PAM Transport is seeking a detail-oriented planner to join our planning team in Tontitown, AR. You will help plan freight and equipment across the PAM network, ensuring efficient, on-time deliveries.

Ideal candidates are organized, able to work independently or with a team, and proficient with Microsoft Office. We offer a stable schedule, competitive pay, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and determining which loads to plan to maximize profitability.
• Provide accurate and detailed load information to various internal and external parties.
• Strive to meet service and delivery goals set forth by the customer.
• Clearly communicate with customers and internal employees about updates to the load.
• Assign loads in a manner that will allow for on-time pickup.
• Solve any issues with a planned load in a timely manner.

About this opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to add to our planning team! In this role you will assist with planning freight and equipment across the PAM network.

Pay and Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

The pay range is $60,000 - $70,000 dependent on experience
