Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a Load Planner to support front office operations including billing, dispatch, and equipment control. The role emphasizes accuracy in entering orders, timely reporting to dispatch, and clear communication with customers through multiple channels.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience in trucking/intermodal transportation, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in the trucking and/or intermodal transportation industry.
• Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, etc.).
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Entering customer orders and customer information (such as billing) into the computer system.
• Reporting customer orders to dispatch in a timely manner.
• Informing equipment control and dispatch of special customer needs when they arise.
• Printing export and import lists for dispatch and equipment control.
• Maintaining direct and indirect communications with customers via telephone, email, fax, etc.
• Other miscellaneous office support duties as assigned.

• Printing export and import lists for dispatch and equipment control
