Job summary

Qualifications

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized Load Planner. This role will focus on developing, executing, and optimizing load planning strategies to retain high-quality drivers. The ideal candidate has a strong Load Planning background, excellent leadership, communication, and relationship building skills, and a passion for accountability and acceptability in a dynamic environment.The Load Planner is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and optimization of long-haul freight shipments.
